Rylands Sharks ARLFC are an amateur Rugby League Club based in the centre of Warrington, Cheshire. Established in 1896, Rylands started life the same as many of the other amateur sides in Warrington, as a works team and our home ground was the Rylands Wire Works recreation club. The wire works have long since gone and the club is now run as a private members club featuring many other sports along with Rugby League.

The current club is now a world away from where it started, featuring teams at every age group from under 8s all the way to open age. This season's U15s are the current holders of the U14s BARLA National Cup after a fantastic final on 4th May 2009.

Directions to the club.

Leave M62 at Junction 10 and head South on to M6,Leave the M6 at Junction 21 and head for Warrington along the A57.Continue on the A57 for about 2 miles through a pedestrian crossing and two sets of traffic lights.At the next set of lights turn right by the Cheveys 2 pub. Go straight through the next set of lights and carry on under a bridge.Rylands Recreation club is 200 yards on the Right behind the terrace houses.
